Reliability & Maintainability Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth failure analyses to propose operational and maintenance modifications aimed at maximizing aircraft systems reliability and lifespan.
- Review and rectify maintenance data and aircraft status records.
- Analyze field maintenance and failure data to track and evaluate reliability and maintainability (R&M) performance.
- Perform trending analyses and High Driver Analysis to optimize aircraft systems.
- Engage in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Maintenance Steering Group (MSG-3) analyses in collaboration with Engineering and Asset Management.
- A degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability analyses, including mission reliability parameters and mean time between failures.
- Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical engineering schematics and diagrams.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and database management systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Air Force's G081 system is advantageous.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with the Fleet Reliability & Analysis Team, where you will be responsible for critical R&M tasks, including Predictions, Failure Mode & Effect Analyses, and Engineering Investigations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the operational success and reliability of aircraft systems.
