Rite of Passage is a premier national provider of programs and services for troubled and at-risk youth, collaborating with social services, welfare agencies, and juvenile courts. Qualifications:
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect towards others. Hold a BA/BS in a relevant field. Possess prior case management experience, including at least 3 years working with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies. Exhibit a genuine desire to assist troubled adolescents. Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.Benefits:
