Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finance Payroll Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for advising on the full-cycle processing of U.S. bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect, compile, and enter payroll data using Workday software.
  • Process U.S. payrolls by established deadlines.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and errors through investigation, collection, and analysis.
  • Upload garnishments received daily to vendor.
  • Reconcile quarterly tax filings.
  • Assist payroll team with new state registrations for State Income tax and Unemployment.
  • Support payroll team in resolving Federal and State Tax notices.
  • Perform year-end processing (W-2, W-2c processing).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency within the payroll function.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in in-house full-cycle payroll processing utilizing Workday.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or equivalent.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
