Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to manage personnel issues and develop succession plans
  • Assist in store openings, audits, resets, and other store duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel center, convenience store, or retail industry with a proven track record of success in multi-unit supervision
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations
