Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food and beverage sector.

- ServSafe certification is required, with a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- A personable and energetic professional with a welcoming demeanor.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 60 lbs.
- Familiarity with standard software applications and Point of Sale systems.
- Knowledge of labor regulations at both local and national levels.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Understanding of cocktail and beverage culture.
