We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at Equinox in Peabody, MA. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals while delivering exceptional service and support.

About the Role

  • Create personalized fitness programs for clients based on their needs and goals.
  • Deliver high-energy workouts and provide motivation and support to clients.
  • Maintain a safe and clean fitness environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program.
  • Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
