Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, utilizing knowledge of local, state, or national codes and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve repair techniques and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant trade experience and certifications a plus.
  • Three years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electric motors, equipment, machines, or appliances, with at least one year at the journey level.
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights, and to accept call-back overtime or regular overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of an apprentice-level training program in a related trade.
