Key Responsibilities- Lead and perform skilled journey-level mechanical work to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and appliances.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, utilizing knowledge of local, state, or national codes and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve repair techniques and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant trade experience and certifications a plus.
- Three years of experience in the repair and maintenance of electric motors, equipment, machines, or appliances, with at least one year at the journey level.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights, and to accept call-back overtime or regular overtime as needed.
- Completion of an apprentice-level training program in a related trade.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $50,689 - $85,564, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a 260-day contract with biweekly pay frequency and a full-time schedule.
