Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families.
  • Perform duties as directed by your manager and work collaboratively with the treatment team.
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and significant others.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary staffing and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare and psychiatric settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
