We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro Telemetry team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a RN Neuro Telemetry FT Nights, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (preferred).
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
