**Job Summary**


We are seeking a skilled Research Associate to support the nonclinical and process development of novel drug products.


  • Conduct independent experiments following established laboratory technical procedures.
  • Perform analytical methods for product characterization and release testing.
  • Develop and implement cell assays to assess conjugate activity.
  • Optimize reaction and formulation conditions.
  • Support synthesis and analytical method characterization for additional product pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized laboratory records.
  • Comply with company Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.

**Requirements**


  • MS with 0-2 years post-grad experience or a BS with 2+ years of industry experience in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in chemical synthesis and analytical techniques.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with scientists across multiple disciplines.
  • Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**


Prior experience operating and developing assays using liquid chromatography is preferred.
