Job Title: Sr. EHS Specialist

Entegris is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior EHS Specialist to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. As a key member of our EHS team, you will play a critical role in promoting effective initiatives that achieve industry best EHS and sustainability performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement industry best environmental, health, and safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and local occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Design and deliver EHS training programs, including New Hire Orientation.
  • Conduct risk and ergonomic assessments to identify and resolve safety hazards.
  • Participate in committees to support the overall EHS Management System.
  • Oversee the Waste Management Program and Industrial Hygiene Program.
  • Perform ISO Audit requirements to maintain certification for 14001 & 45001.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in occupational safety, occupational health, engineering, environmental science, or other EHS-related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing successful EHS programs.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in ergonomics, chemical safety, industrial hygiene, electrical safety, energy control, and confined spaces.
  • Experience with environmental regulations, including hazardous materials management.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work scheduled hours outside of the normally assigned schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CIH and/or CSP certification.
  • ISO 45001 and/or 14001 experience.
  • Experience with Reliance (ETQ) and SumTotal applications.
