Marketing Director for US Operations

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving brand growth through innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for new launches and core businesses. The Director of Marketing will own and uncover deep consumer insights to initiate breakthrough communications and data-driven marketing. Additionally, the position involves performing business and competitive analyses, media planning, marketing budget control, and preparing presentations for top management meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new launches and core businesses

Lead research, analysis, and category trends to develop long-term strategy

Oversee and guide plans development, creating vision for businesses

Contribute significantly to total category strategy and plans

Own strategy for sales and trade planning

Manage financial implications of forecasts and own accuracy of all budgets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

8+ years of consumer goods or beauty marketing experience (skincare expertise highly preferred)

Experience in brand or product marketing required

Experience working collaboratively with global marketing and R&D on new product development or renovation

Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle

Competencies:

Leadership, entrepreneurial management, achiever, and innovator

Brand administration, market research, leadership, project management, information and data management, rigorous quantitative data analysis, prioritization and organization, and strong interpersonal skills
