  • Excellent communication skills and strong active listening capabilities.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in office or administrative functions.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position does not require travel.

Overtime Requirements:

  • No mandatory overtime is expected for this role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is conducted in a standard office environment with climate control.
  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
