Job Title: Part-Time People Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time People Support Specialist to join our team at Life is Good in Hudson, New Hampshire. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our community, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all who visit our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing timely and accurate information to our community.
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage visitor check-in process, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Create Life is Good gift baskets for approved charitable and gratis purposes, showcasing our brand's commitment to giving back.
  • Fulfill the role of dispatcher for the People and Culture team, routing requests, issues, and complaints to the right team member for responses and support.
  • Guide employees through simple systems tasks, such as logins, password resets, and access to Namely.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a service-focused environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and compassionate, with a passion for making a positive impact on our community.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic community and workplace, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Quick learner, with a willingness to adapt to new systems and equipment, and a proactive approach to seeking help when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
