We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Physical Therapy clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic operations, including staff supervision, patient evaluation, and treatment planning
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as health care requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Monitor and manage clinic finances, including budgeting and expense management
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve clinical skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with documentation and Medicare requirements
