Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-risk team in National Park, New Jersey. As a Palliative Care Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to our most vulnerable clients, working closely with a team of Advanced Practice Nurses, our Medical Director, and the clinical management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Perform client assessments as necessary
  • Case management and coordination

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
