Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Bellperson/Valet to join our team at USA Parking. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level guest services, including check-in, check-out, and luggage handling.
  • Safely move vehicles to and from the garage upon request.
  • Display 5-star standards while completing guest requests and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sprint short distances.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, less break).
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to work in extreme elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.

Classification:

Non-exempt
