Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
  • Review and update schedules based on provider preference lists
  • Collaborate with management to achieve goals and address concerns
  • Pre-register patients and review revenue reports
  • Collect co-pays and balances due from patients
  • Check in and check out patients for appointments
  • Provide phone support and respond to incoming and outgoing calls
  • Scan and fax documentation and make confirmation calls
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Business school or formal secretarial training a plus
  • One to two years' experience in a medical office setting
  • Multi-line telephone and PC skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position in an office setting with a remote option available. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Pay and Benefits
