Job Summary

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead and manage the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program at A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps). As a Clinical Document Improvement Program Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the CDI team, ensuring high-quality clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the CDI team in monitoring and improving clinical documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete medical records.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and train staff on CDI best practices and software applications.
  • Conduct regular audits to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical documentation or a related field.
  • Valid RN licensure and CCDS or CDIP certification.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in encoder software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office products.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
