We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Program Supervisor to join our team at the College Medical Center - Phoenix Hospital.

As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including clinical issues, census, expenses, referral development, and staff supervision. You will also provide timely and objective feedback on employee job performance, administer performance improvement plans, and maintain accurate records of program activities.

You will work closely with the Vice President of Hospital Division to develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with applicable regulatory and accreditation agencies. Additionally, you will participate in direct patient care, when necessary, and ensure that patient rights are protected.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience. If you have a strong background in mental health and management, we encourage you to apply.
