As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their vacation experiences are stress-free and enjoyable. Your main goal will be to make every client feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend destinations and travel packages to meet clients' needs and preferences
  • Diagnose clients' specifications and suggest suitable travel solutions

  • Collect deposits and manage client payments
  • Use promotional techniques to sell itineraries and tour packages
