Magical Destinations Travel: Seeking a Dedicated Travel Agent

We are a family-owned agency that takes pride in providing customized and personalized services for all types of vacations. As a travel agent with us, you will work with a variety of vendors to plan vacations ranging from theme park getaways to destination weddings, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.

Your main goal is to make every vacation stress-free and enjoyable for our clients. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Research various destinations and gather information on prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
  • Diagnose clients' specifications and suggest suitable travel packages and/or services.
  • Organize travel from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials.
  • Collect deposits and manage client payments.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itineraries and tour packages.
  • Handle unforeseen issues and determine eligibility for credits/refunds.
  • Maintain relationships with key persons and vendors.
  • Keep financial statements and documents up-to-date.
  • Ask for help and guidance when needed.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
  • Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel.
  • Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle crises and provide excellent customer service.
