About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an In-Store Shopper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and sort merchandise from the sales floor to complete customer online orders
  • Unload selected merchandise into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage holding areas
  • Use a digital tool to select items necessary to complete online orders, pack and put away orders in staging area, and retrieve orders for customers
  • Make decisions on customers' behalf if requested item is unavailable
  • Provide superior customer service, answer product-related questions, locate products, and assist in-store customers as needed
  • Return extra or unwanted products to their proper in-store location
  • Communicate continuously with department managers and partners to locate product
  • Minimize shrink through careful handling of product
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achieve productivity standards
  • Perform eStore Curbie duties as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum age 16
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 3+ months of experience as a Curbie or related experience
  • Experience in personal shopping a plus
  • Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller's Training)
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and reaching. You will also be required to work in varying conditions, including hot, wet, and cold temperatures. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift 55 pounds and manage in excess of 55 pounds, as well as use a manual pallet jack multiple times per day.
