As a key member of our Operations Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor assigned queues and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take inbound calls and resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to provide product information and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Provide reception desk coverage as needed and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Identify and address customer questions and concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Update customers on the status of their issues and provide estimated resolution times.
  • Monitor internal communications to alert others of potential issues affecting service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate degree in English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience with data entry.
  • Ability to navigate the internet and web-based programs.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record.
