About the Job

This innovative leader will spearhead the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program, fostering personalized client solutions through expert design concepts and consultations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with computer-aided design programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives.
  • Design Solutions: Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program, create customized portfolio presentations tailored to clients' requirements, and provide coaching and training to sales teams.
  • Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' unique needs, preferences, and vision for their space.
  • Design Concepts: Create actionable design recommendations, digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
