Developmental Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Developmental Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will work closely with families and clinicians to develop individualized therapy plans that empower children with autism to reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement comprehensive developmental plans, ensuring continuity of care from diagnosis through therapy.
• Provide one-on-one support to children in a play-based routine, transforming everyday moments into opportunities for teaching essential life skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, offering regular insights on their child's progress and providing guidance rooted in best practices.

• Genuine interest and prior experience in child care roles, such as daycare or nannying, or related educational experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building connections with young children and their families.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• $22.30 - $28.25 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
