Job Title: Veterinary Nursing ManagerWe're looking for an experienced nursing leader to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our hospital leadership team, you'll collaborate with your manager to deliver high-quality patient care, drive growth, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with Medical Director to establish expectations and maintain standards of nursing excellence.
- Implement VEG Nursing Guidelines, Policies, and Projects to drive development plans and performance improvements.
- 5+ years of clinical nursing/technician experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- AS or BS in Veterinary Technology.
- Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the location of the VEG practice.
- $80,000-$95,000 annually.
