Nurse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to oversee the care of our residents. As a nurse supervisor, you will ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with accepted nursing standards and physician orders.

You will lead a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Accurate documentation and resident confidentiality are essential responsibilities in this role.

To be successful, you must have a current, active RN license in the state where we operate. You should also be able to work efficiently with multiple residents at once.
