Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Exton, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, supporting executive team members, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence
  • Support various departments, including HR, Accounting, Recruiting, and Marketing, with tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the building

Requirements
