  • Encourage guests to explore additional hotel amenities, including accommodations and dining options.
  • Review event orders thoroughly before the commencement of each function.
  • Assist in the preparation and arrangement of event spaces prior to service, ensuring cleanliness post-event.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Complete necessary documentation related to consumption and communicate final guest counts.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in banquet service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures is essential.
  • Ability to lift trays and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods.
