Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA.

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring high-quality food and beverage presentation.
  • Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, adhering to standard recipes and health codes.
  • Ensure a clean and organized service area, maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Participate in daily and weekly inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, maintaining a flexible and adaptable attitude.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
  • Food handler's permit required, if applicable.
