Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment.
  • Leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
  • Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
  • Ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required.
  • Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.
  • Customer service skills.
