Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA.

The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

• Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation in the bistro and banquet rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
• Participate in daily and weekly inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
