Technical Sales Director

Gruntwork, a pioneer in DevOps, seeks an experienced Principal Enterprise Account Executive to drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive adoption of our DevOps Foundation platform across large organizations.
You'll partner with Solutions Engineers to architect and present complex technical solutions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps leaders. Influence product direction and go-to-market strategy through deep customer relationships and market insights. Help shape the future of our enterprise sales motion as we continue to innovate in cloud infrastructure.
We're looking for an individual with 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding quota ($1.5M+ annually). A strong understanding of open-source, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and modern software development is essential. Strategic thinking, solution selling, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting are also critical skills for success.
