Job Overview

ESRA Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager/ Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing building occupancy and maintenance, communicating with tenants, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Building Maintenance: Assist in managing all aspects of building maintenance, including coordinating with vendors and scheduling repairs.
  • Tenant Support: Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Financial Management: Collect monthly fees, maintain records of payments and rental activity, and manage budgets and accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and updated resident files and records, and report any problems or issues to the property manager.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, management, or real estate preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or real estate (1-3 years); strong understanding of anti-discrimination housing laws.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, strong customer service skills, skilled in time management, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Licensing: Any required state licensing.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
