Position Summary:

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking an Inpatient Services Nurse Manager to lead our client's Inpatient Services, including the Patient Care Unit (PCU) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Manage daily operations of the PCU and ICU, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of both units.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide nursing staff, creating a positive, collaborative environment that empowers team members to excel.
  • Quality Care Delivery: Uphold and enhance the highest standards of patient care, ensuring safety, efficiency, and clinical excellence.
  • Budget Management: Strategically manage departmental budgets, optimizing resources to deliver quality care within financial guidelines.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate comprehensive care plans, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
  • Licensure/Certification: Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado (or ability to obtain before start date), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of well-rounded RN experience and at least 2 years of critical care RN experience.
