">About the Role:
">We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at The Columns Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
">Your Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional patient care, including supporting nursing staff with clinical duties and monitoring patient conditions">
- Take and record vital signs, reporting significant changes to the nursing staff">
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being">
- Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship">
- Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification">
- Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting">
- A strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices">
- An empathetic and caring disposition, with a dedication to patient well-being">
- Excellent communication and time management skills">

Shifts Available:
">We offer flexible shifts, including an 8-hour shift from 6am-2pm, as well as PRN opportunities.
