Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for wound care to join our team at The Columns Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career as a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

">

As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will administer physician-prescribed treatments, including wound care and medication management. You will assess, monitor, and document patients' treatment responses, collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient care plans. Additionally, you will educate patients and families about treatment regimens and preventive care, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid RN license in the state in which you are applying, experience in wound care and treatment preferred, and knowledge of current treatment practices and protocols. Strong clinical skills focused on patient-centered care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
