Life Enrichment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at Bainbridge Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, including assisting with meals, activities, and programs. Utilize your knowledge of dementia care to engage residents in meaningful experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with care staff to ensure seamless service delivery and problem-solving.
- Community Building: Foster strong relationships with employees, residents, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
- Quality of Care: Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Organizational Support: Adhere to policies and procedures while supporting the organization's goals and values.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred.
- Abilities:
- Highly proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit for long periods and type at 60 WPM on average.
