Job Title: Assistant Manager - Theatre Operations

The Assistant Manager - Theatre Operations is a key member of our theatre team, responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of our theatre and its employees. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of theatre employees to ensure efficient and effective operation of the theatre.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control theatre expenses to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Act as a representative of Regal Entertainment in a way that is consistent with our mission statement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
