Part-Time Faculty: Biology Instructor

Quinnipiac University is seeking a highly qualified Part-Time Faculty: Biology Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in biology, including introductory biology, human anatomy and physiology, and molecular and cell biology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate courses in biology, including introductory biology, human anatomy and physiology, and molecular and cell biology.
- Develop and implement course syllabi, assessments, and evaluations.
- Provide academic advising and support to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum and programs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.
- Master's degree in Biology or a related field.
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
