Position Overview
This role is not your typical Customer Service Representative position.
Are you passionate about assisting customers directly to ensure their order requirements are fulfilled? Do you possess outstanding organizational abilities? Are you highly detail-oriented? If so, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
This is not a call center role where you spend your day answering random inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage your own designated accounts. You will serve as the primary contact and oversee all aspects of your accounts from initial order entry through production to shipping.
Your responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, consistent, and efficient service to our clients through daily interactions. This entails collaborating with various departments, from Outside Sales Representatives to the Production floor and other on-site colleagues.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing timely and accurate updates regarding incoming customer order statuses and product inquiries.
Processing customer orders, modifications, and returns in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
Collaborating closely with the accounts receivable team to resolve any disputed payment issues.
Offering prompt feedback to the Company regarding service disruptions or customer concerns.
Partnering with Sales Representatives to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Prioritizing a dynamic workload effectively.
Engaging with clients and sales representatives through various communication channels: phone, email, memos, etc.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A high school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven interpersonal skills with experience in customer interactions.
Ability to engage with all levels within the Company.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
High attention to detail with the capability to troubleshoot and identify the causes of poor customer experiences.
Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Previous data entry experience is required.

Division Description
The Green Bay Packaging Division is a comprehensive, BRCGS certified corrugated facility with an ISTA test lab on site. We produce a diverse range of corrugated products, from point-of-purchase graphic displays to various sizes of corrugated shipping containers.
