Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Birmingham. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, educating customers on product features and distinctions, and representing StimLabs in sales calls and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Represent StimLabs in sales calls and negotiations to achieve established sales goals
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, and persuasive manner to lead customers to action
- Develop new and/or expand business with existing customers through the introduction of new products and services
- Identify and resolve customer problems through contact with the customer service department
- Maintain a variety of contacts within StimLabs to gather and exchange information related to sales goals and results
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of med device sales experience (preferably in wound/derm/laser/plastics/ortho/trauma or lateral space)
- Documented track record of success and relationships within the territory
- Knowledge of sales and a high level of communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced wound care experience in both the acute care market and wound care clinics
- Live and have experience selling in the assigned territory; exceptions may be made for specific territories at the discretion of the Company
- Evidence of top sales achievement with experience in multi-level account management
- Base: $95K
- Variable: Uncapped Commission
- 1st Year Average Total Comp: $180K+ (top performers bringing in over $300K)
- Territory Parameters: Birmingham, north to Huntsville, west to Florence, south to Tuscaloosa
- Acceptable Candidate Location: Birmingham or within 1hr drive of the city
