Acute Care Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in acute care nursing
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire
- 1 year RN experience
