We are seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of success. This role requires clear articulation of our value proposition, effective execution of sales processes, and a customer-centric approach. Accountability and ownership are essential in meeting key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating tailored solutions that cater to customers' needs. Strong relationships with clients are crucial, as is the ability to navigate complex sales processes. With 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise Security sales, you'll be able to articulate our value proposition to various stakeholders.
A successful Enterprise Regional Sales Manager at Cribl will:
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth
- Maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closure
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
- Articulate our value proposition across the organization
- Forecast sales targets accurately and achieve them consistently
This role requires:
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience
- Experience working with early-stage start-ups or demonstrating entrepreneurial skills
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions
- Background using MEDDIC
The salary for this position is commensurate with geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid holidays, and equity. The total compensation offered for this position includes a commission/incentive plan.
