Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams with a focus on quality, technical aspects, schedule, and cost performance.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in risk identification and management, and experience working with suppliers and subcontract management.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proposal Experience: Experience with proposals, including preparation, INAR, EPP, and/or negotiations.
  • Contracting Knowledge: Knowledge of commercial and DoD contracting and/or negotiating.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
