  • Coordinate with other support departments to ensure successful production operations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and determine labor needs to meet production goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
  • Ability to interpret financial data to set production goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • High commitment to safety and accountability.
  • Minimum of 5 years chemical manufacturing supervisory or management experience; batch chemistry experience strongly preferred.
  • BS in Chemical Engineering preferred, but not required.
