Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. as an ABA Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client's program.
  • Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes when necessary.
  • Supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
