We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Specialist focusing on roofing and waterproofing solutions. This role will be responsible for developing commercial sales, primarily calling on installation contractors, distributors, and key influencers such as general contractors, specifiers, building owners, etc. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in roofing and waterproofing systems and exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills.

The responsibilities include managing accounts, providing A/R support, arranging technical support for installations, calculating estimated product use, and project proformas or application of products working with the technical services department. Traveling throughout the territory on a regular basis is required, and weekly reports must be submitted through our Sales Force CRM online system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the Northwest.
  • Create and work from a written business development plan for the industry and markets served.
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Train customers by performing live product demonstrations, remote learning, and education presentations.
  • Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities.
  • Utilize industry specifications, building notifications, and plans to create bid projects pipeline.
  • Interact with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to accomplish goals and objectives.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
