Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $60,000, with an expense reimbursement for all eligible expenses associated with driving on behalf of the company. Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Account Manager in the Seattle, WA territory to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in promoting and supporting Pacific Medical's Hospital Partnerships while meeting quality and performance criteria. As a member of the healthcare team, you will provide support for patients, families, and other healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform application of orthopedic soft goods and devices such as Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines.
  • Fits braces in the medical center and measures for, orders, and fits lumbar-sacral orthotic body jackets, chair backs, L-S corsets, ankle-foot orthotics, and other devices as necessary.
  • Apply soft goods such as CPM using aseptic technique with assistance from nursing personnel.
  • Participate in coordinating inpatient care regarding soft goods placement and maintenance.
  • Screen calls, pages, and emails regarding patient status and report potential problems to respective physicians and care providers.
  • Act as a resource to nursing and therapy staff, providing in-service training as needed.
  • Facilitate interaction with custom Orthotic and Prosthetic care and function as a patient advocate.
  • Work under the supervision of nursing and therapy to provide care and service to patients and their families, receiving direction from clinical staff for task delegation and adhering to policies and procedures associated with patient care.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A college degree (Associates or Bachelor's) in any field.
  • Great communication skills and experience in time management.
  • Ability to maintain inventory of consigned products.
  • Competence in basic Windows-based operating systems (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email, etc.).
  • Background in sports, sports medicine, or human anatomy preferred.
